The Mollier enthalpy-entropy diagram has been calculated for an Argon plasma up to 90,000 K for thermodynamic equilibrium, while considering the influence of black body radiation. The methods of calculation are briefly discussed. Auxiliary scales have been provided for this diagram in order to study thermodynamic processes in the enthalpy-entropy diagram. It is also possible to demonstrate shock and mixing processes by means of graphical iteration methods on the h, s. diagram. In the latter part, the question of realization of thermodynamic equilibrium has been discussed, and a non-equilibrium enthalpy-entropy diagram for an argon plasma up to 1000,000 K has been constructed. The applicability of this diagram has been discussed.
