A powerful and intense sf tale from a master storyteller In the far future, gap drives faster-than-light deep space travel, but sometimes this afflicts some with irreparable brain damage. A Zone Implant can turn such a person into a zombie, to protect his shipmates, but it's highly illegal. Ensign Morn Hyland works for the United Mining Company, which is in charge of law enforcement throughout known space. She lives aboard a police ship, together with most of her family; their job is to chase down pirates and other illegals who prey on the weak, or smuggle goods into forbidden space. Her life is nothing out of the ordinary - until she falls in with the pirate Captain Nick Succorso. All of a sudden, the young, strong, beautiful police officer appears to be falling in love - well, lust at least - with the murdering pirate, or so it appears to the folk at the space station's bar. But the real story was quite different ...

Beautiful cop Morn Hyland, desperate and in pain aboard Captain's Fancy, controls her body and mind with her illegal zone implant, recreating herself as a superbeing worthy of holding Captain Nick Succorso's affections. Jealousy among the crew, threats of rape and ship self-destruction, prisoner torture, and government cyborg programs keep things moving along. Alien Amnioni seeking genetic domination over humankind enter the scene with new technologies such as mutagens and force-growing fetuses. Bite your fingernails while you live it all (vicariously!) through brilliant survivor Morn and villain-turned-conspirator Angus Thermopyle.

The Forbidden Knowledge of Good and Evil – The Great News is all about the life of Christ during His trial and sufferings, up to His death and resurrection as told through His disciple James and a host of other early Christians such as Isrealius. Also read the words of Pontius Pilate and other eye witnesses such as the guard Manilus who recounted other dead saints coming back to life just as the Bible does say. And many other people who wrote beautiful things about the Lord are also included herein such as James C. Hefley who long ago wrote...”While still a young man, the tide of popular opinion turned against Him. He was turned over to His enemies. He went through the mockery of a trial. He was nailed to a Cross between two thieves. His executioners gambled for the only piece of property He had on earth while He was dying—and that was His coat. When He was dead He was taken down and laid in a borrowed grave through the pity of a friend. Such was His human life—He rises from the dead. Nineteen wide centuries have come and gone and today He is the Centerpiece of the human race and the Leader of the column of progress. I am within the mark when I say that all the armies that ever marched, and all the navies that ever were built, and all the parliaments that ever sat, and all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man upon this earth as powerfully as has that One Solitary Life.” And to sum up this work it's simply about the death and victory of our Lion of Judea that's told from a prophetic fundamental viewpoint through many authors. And as the gospel is unfolded it clearly spells out that there are only two kind of Christians. And I'm not talking about Catholic or Protestant: For so it is that the only two kinds of followers are those who know that they're victorious no matter what, and then there's the kind of believer that doesn't know that at all. But it's very unfortunate that people in that group sadly settle for the mistaken belief that they've been defeated somehow. For they easily forget that Christ within them stands much taller, than the devil, who has already been long ago defeated at the cross. But it doesn't need to be said that even though those confused true followers might walk daily in defeat, they're still pretty big winners in our Lord God's sight due to their faith even though it might be the size of a mustard seed.
